Disclaimer
What SEMRS does and does not promise, and the real limits of the numbers this system reports.

No guaranteed results
SEMRS does not guarantee search rankings, impressions, reach, engagement, lead volume, sales or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control — search and platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, seasonality, pricing, the client's own offer, and how quickly the client follows up on leads. Anyone guaranteeing a ranking is either misinformed or misleading you.
Reported numbers are measurements, not forecasts
Figures shown in this system — spend, leads, conversions, site-audit scores — are read from real platform data or measured directly. They describe what has already happened. They are not projections, and SEMRS does not present projected returns as though they were results.
Limits of the site audit
The site audit measures what can be observed over a plain HTTP request: response time, page weight, image alternative text, title and description, heading structure, robots and sitemap reachability, and whether internal links resolve. It does not measure Core Web Vitals, layout shift, rendered-pixel contrast, or anything requiring a full browser. A high audit score is a signal of on-page hygiene, not a promise of ranking or conversion.
AI-assisted work
Content produced through SEMRS may be drafted with AI assistance. Every piece passes human review and an explicit human approval before delivery. No content is published to a live platform without a person deciding to publish it.
No AI conversations with your leads
This system captures and scores leads and notifies the client. It does not message, call or negotiate with a lead, and it never concludes a sale. All contact with a lead is done by the client, on the client's own accounts.
Not professional advice
Nothing SEMRS produces is legal, financial, medical or tax advice. Where content touches a regulated subject, the client is responsible for ensuring it meets the rules that apply to them and for any authorisation or disclosure their industry requires.
Third-party platforms
SEMRS is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or billing decisions made by third-party platforms. Access granted to SEMRS can be withdrawn by the client at any time through the platform's own settings.
This page describes how SEMRS actually operates. It is written to match this system's documented practices rather than generic boilerplate, but it is not legal advice, and a qualified review is recommended before relying on it in a dispute.
